These classes participate in our annual showcase held in May each year! It is a fun opportunity for kids to showcase routines and skills to family and friends!

ALGC BEGINNERS
Beginners class is for kids learning the basics of gymnastics. Your child will learn vaulting (proper approach, spring board work, and landings), floor skills (cartwheels, handstands, bridges, jumps/leaps), balance beam events, and uneven bars basics (front support, casting, pullovers and glide swings). This class prepares your child to enter our advanced beginner's class with mastery and consistency in the basics of gymnastics.
ADVANCED BEGINNERS
Advanced Beginners is for gymnasts who have mastered the basics of gymnastics. Your gymnast will build more advanced vaulting skills (circle lift, heel drives, handstand timbers) floor skills (front limbers, round off rebounds, bridge back, kick overs), balance beam events (cartwheels on low beam, 1/2 toe turns, round off dismounts), and uneven bars basics (pullover, back hip circle, tap swings). This class prepares your child to enter our intermediates class with mastery and consistency in gymnastics. Core body strength and conditioning will be used.
INTERMEDIATES
This is for gymnasts who have mastered the basics and advanced skills in gymnastics. Your gymnast will be challenged in vaulting skills (heel drives, front handsprings, 1/2ons) floor skills (front and back walkovers, handstand 1/2 pirouettes, back handsprings), balance beam events (cartwheels on high beam, 1/2 toe turns, back tuck, handstand and aerial dismounts), and uneven bars basics (casting and tap swings to horizontal and stoops). This class prepares your child to enter our pre-team class with mastery and consistency in gymnastics. Core body strength and conditioning will be used.
MONDAY NIGHT PRETEAM OPTION:
This class is open to girls who have graduated the Intermediates class, were on a Monday or Wednesday PreTeam class last season, have some interest in competing or is offered as an additional option for our Tues/Thurs PreTeam/Competition girls!
This is for gymnasts building on form, skills for season with an opportunity to compete in the spring. It is also offered as an additional class for our PreTeam and Competition Team girls to have more hours in the gym to prep for competition season. This is lead by Dustin Eggum, head competition team coach.
